Who to call, in order of what they publish
Our pick comes first, with the reasons and the trade-off. Below it, the order counts how many of six facts an operator prints, then sorts by price. That part measures openness, not quality. Method

Price tells you little until you read the cover line
A big number can be the building
The Vault VIP states AED 25,000,000. That figure covers the facility. It says nothing about what a single car would receive.
"Advised" means it is on you
Car Safe and FoxBox tell owners to keep their own insurance going. Extra Space goes further: cars must be insured by the client. Ask your insurer whether the policy still applies in a third party's building, because this site found no regulator text settling the point.
"Optional" and "fire and theft" are narrower
ZS Car Storage lists insurance as an optional extra with no value given. Tomini Classics names fire and theft. Neither phrase promises cover for a dented door.
What happens to a car you leave behind
Heat comes first, then the battery, then paperwork. The axis stretches so that one hour and four years fit on one line.

Questions owners ask
How much does car storage cost in Dubai?
Printed rates run from AED 1,200 a month for Aeon's uncooled indoor bay up to AED 3,400 plus VAT at Extra Space. Long plans cost less: Unit03 falls from AED 1,700 to AED 1,500, and ZS Car Storage from AED 2,100 to AED 1,800. Five of the 14 print no price and quote privately.
Can I store a car in Dubai for one month?
Yes. Unit03's minimum is four weeks, Tomini Classics starts at one month, and FoxBox and ZS Car Storage both print a one-month rate. Short stays cost more per month.
Is the car insured while it is stored?
It depends on the operator and the wording. Unit03, Approved Storage, Aeon MySpace and Dragon Racing state a per-car figure. Others advise you to keep your own policy, and Extra Space requires it. Keep your policy running unless you have read the storage contract and your insurer has agreed otherwise.
Do they start the engine and look after the battery?
Most specialists print a routine. Safe My Car lists weekly starts, Unit03 every 10 days, The Vault VIP every 2 weeks and Tomini Classics monthly. Extra Space publishes no routine, and The Car Superstore names only routine maintenance.
Can I take the car out during storage?
Rules vary widely. Approved Storage asks for one hour's notice during working hours, Unit03 and ZS Car Storage 24 hours. Car Safe, Safe My Car, The Vault VIP and Extra Space state round-the-clock access, though FoxBox's own pages disagree with each other on it.
